Cone Candles – Elegance & Energy

🔺 Cone candles – a shape that points towards the sky

The cone is perhaps the oldest candle shape of all. Why? Because when wax drips down, it naturally forms a cone. Our ancestors knew this, and we are building on it – with the difference that our cones don't drip on the table. We make them precisely, cleanly, and so that they look like small sculptures.

A story that no one will tell you

Last year, we did a wedding for a yogi. She wanted 30 white cones placed on the ground in a circle around the altar. "The cone points upwards, like our love," she explained. The skeptical groom watched as we set up the candles. Then they lit them...

You know what happened? All 150 guests fell silent. The flames created a circle of light pointing upwards, and it looked as if the entire space was levitating. The groom then admitted: "The first thing I bought after the wedding was 10 cones for home."

Since then, we know – a cone is not just a candle. It is a direction.

Why do people love cones? (And why do some hate them)

✅ Advantages of a cone:

  • Looks luxurious – as if it belongs in a gallery
  • Stable base – it won't fall over even if you kick the table
  • Flame on top – the light goes straight up, it doesn't glare
  • Feng shui approved – energy rises, it supposedly cleanses the space
  • Instagram photogenic – every photo looks like it's from a magazine

❌ Disadvantages (let's be fair):

  • Burns faster than a cylinder of the same weight
  • More difficult to manufacture = more expensive
  • Some people think it looks like a traffic cone (well, yes)

How to make a cone burn perfectly?

  1. Place on a flat surface – no tilted tables
  2. Let the first burn last at least an hour – this creates the right "path" for the wax
  3. Wick max 1 cm – longer = smokes and drips
  4. No drafts – the cone is more sensitive to wind than a cylinder
  5. A plate under the candle – just in case, even if it shouldn't drip

Frequently asked questions

Why is a cone more expensive than a cylinder?
More difficult to manufacture. We have to cast it in layers, otherwise it would collapse. We pour the cylinder at once.

Does it really not drip?
If there is no draft and you have the wick trimmed correctly, it will not drip. We guarantee it. Otherwise, we will refund your money.

Can I have a cone with a photo?
Technically no – we can't put a photo on a sloping surface. But we can make a cylinder that looks like a cone (optical illusion).

What color sells the most?
White (50%), black (20%), red (15%), the rest are crazy colors for the bold.

Is a cone suitable as a wedding candle?
Definitely! It symbolizes a shared journey upwards. We also make matching cones – for him and her.

🔥 Fun fact: In ancient Egypt, they believed that the smoke from a cone-shaped candle carried prayers directly to the gods. We don't know if it works, but when you see the flame of a cone dancing, you might believe it too.
