14-day returns

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

How to return goods

  1. Email us at info@svitsol.cz with your order number.
  2. Pack the goods safely.
  3. Send them to: SVITSOL s.r.o., Šachetní 135, Královské Poříčí, 356 01.
  4. We refund the amount incl. original shipping (up to the cheapest option) within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Complaints

Defects can be claimed within 24 months of receipt. Complaints are handled within 30 days. Minor variations of hand-made candles are not a defect.
