1. Order – choose the value (e.g. 500 CZK, 1000 CZK or more)
2. Collect or have it sent – in person at the Farm or by post

4. Redeem – the recipient visits us and enjoys shopping or a workshop

Where is it valid?

The voucher is valid only with us – at the SVITSOL Gallery in Královské Poříčí (12 km from Karlovy Vary). Not valid in the e-shop, but personal selection is a much better experience – see all colours, scents, and touch everything.

FAQ

What value should I choose?
Usually 500–1500 CZK. For 500 CZK you get 2–3 products, for 1000 CZK for example a workshop for two.

How long is it valid?
One year from purchase. The date will be written on the voucher.

What if the whole value is not used?
The remaining balance can be used later – as long as the voucher is valid.

Can you send it by post?
Yes, we send it by registered mail. Delivery takes 2–3 days.

💡 Tip: Combine – voucher for a workshop + a small product. The recipient gets something tangible right away and an experience for later.
