It’s the initial of a first name, hand-carved, decorated, and placed on a base. It looks like a small work of art, and everyone will immediately know who it’s for.

The story that started it all

Three years ago, a mother came to us. She had triplets – Adam, Alena, and Antonín. They all had birthdays, and she wanted each of them to receive something “special.” So, we made three letter A candles – each in a different color. Adam got blue, Alena got pink, and Antonín got green.

“For the first time in their lives, they didn’t argue about gifts,” she laughed when she came to pick them up. “Each of them knew which A was theirs.”

Since then, we’ve been making letters. And we’ve found that it’s not just for children.

Who buys letters and why?

The first letter of their name for their 1st birthday. Or when a child is learning to write – “Look, this is your L, like Lucinka!” Children love it because it’s THEIR letter.

Two letters side by side – M + T, like Michal and Tereza. On a shelf in the bedroom, on the wedding table, as an anniversary gift. Sometimes we even make combined monograms.

“Best friends forever” – each has their own letter. Or an entire name made up of individual candles – ANNA, PETR, JULIE.

Surprisingly many. A letter as a decorative element – the initial of the apartment owner, the first letter of the family’s last name. In the library, on the fireplace, in the hallway.

How does it work when you want to order?

1. You write which letter you want – for example, “K for Kateřina”
2. You choose a color – or leave it up to us
3. You tell us if you want anything extra – date, dedication
4. We make it – 5-10 days
5. We send it or you pick it up – packaged as a gift

Frequently asked questions

Do you have all the letters of the alphabet?
Yes, A to Z. Plus diacritics – Č, Ř, Š, Ž. Even Ď, Ť, Ň (although not many people buy those).

Can I order an entire name?
Of course! MARIE = 5 letters = 5 candles. We’ll give you a discount for the quantity.

Does it burn normally?
Yes, but most people don’t light them. They’re too beautiful to burn. But if you want to, feel free to light it.

How much does it cost?
One letter from 299. A monogram (2 letters combined) from 480. An entire name = discount.

Do you also make numbers?
Not yet, but we’re thinking about it. If there’s interest, we’ll get started.
