How does it work?
1. Send a photo or logo
Email, WhatsApp, or bring a physical photo (we will scan it and return it). Ideally sharp, min. 1000x1000 pixels.
2. Choose the design
Most often, we make a circular motif (diameter 5-10 cm) on the front of the candle. We can also do larger formats on a wider cylinder on request.
3. Approve the preview
We will send you how it will look. You can say "great" or "move it a little higher".
4. We produce and send
Within 3-5 days, you will have it ready. We will pack it as a gift.
What affects the quality?
⚠️ Important: The better the photo you provide, the better it will look on the candle!
- Resolution – low = blurry. High = sharp details
- Lighting – dark photos will look even darker on the candle
- Cropping – for a circle, choose a photo where the main subject is not at the edge

Can I send a photo from my phone?
Sure! Today's phones take great quality photos. Just be careful with blurry and dark photos.
Can you add text to the photo?
Yes – name, date, short message. For example, "The best grandma in the world".
What if I don't have a digital photo?
Bring or send a paper photo, and we will scan it. We will return the photo undamaged.
How much does it cost?
Standard candle with a photo from. Larger formats and quantities = better price.
Can I order multiple pieces with the same photo?
Of course! For the whole family or as corporate gifts. Discount from 10 pieces.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the photo or logo applied?
Your image is processed onto a special transfer foil and applied directly to the candle surface. Colours remain true to the original.
What file should I provide?
Ideally JPG or PNG in high resolution, or vector PDF for logos. We will advise on image quality after your order.
How long does production take and what does it cost?
Production takes approximately 5–7 working days after artwork approval. Prices from 159 to 640 Kč depending on size — 24 variants from small to large.
