How does it work?
1. Send a photo or logo
Email, WhatsApp, or bring a physical photo (we will scan it and return it). Ideally sharp, min. 1000x1000 pixels.
2. Choose the design
Most often, we make a circular motif (diameter 5-10 cm) on the front of the candle. We can also do larger formats on a wider cylinder on request.
3. Approve the preview
We will send you how it will look. You can say "great" or "move it a little higher".
4. We produce and send
Within 3-5 days, you will have it ready. We will pack it as a gift.
What affects the quality?
⚠️ Important: The better the photo you provide, the better it will look on the candle!
- Resolution – low = blurry. High = sharp details
- Lighting – dark photos will look even darker on the candle
- Cropping – for a circle, choose a photo where the main subject is not at the edge

Frequently Asked Questions
How is the photo or logo applied?
Your image is processed onto a special transfer foil and applied directly to the candle surface. Colours remain true to the original.
What file should I provide?
Ideally JPG or PNG in high resolution (sharp, at least 1000 × 1000 pixels), or a vector PDF for logos. A photo from your phone is fine too – just avoid blurry and dark photos. We will advise on image quality after your order.
What if I don’t have a digital photo?
Bring or send a paper photo, and we will scan it. We will return the photo undamaged.
Can you add text to the photo?
Yes – a name, date or short message. For example, “The best grandma in the world”.
Can I order multiple pieces with the same photo?
Of course – for the whole family or as corporate gifts with your logo.
How much does a candle with a photo or logo cost?
You can see the price of each candle in our range directly on the product. For larger quantities and corporate orders, the price is on request – send us your design and the number of pieces and we will prepare a quote.
