Purple Candles
The colours of a room are usually settled long before the candle turns up — a lilac cushion, a dark shelf, a table laid for visitors — and the candle has to live inside that. Purple sits in every candle here; on some of them it shares the piece with a second colour, so read the whole name before you decide. Scent is a separate decision and it does not follow the shape. Lavender, Vanilla, Jasmine, Mint, Rose, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Bergamot, Citronella, Wild strawberry, Dream, Sakura and Christmas punch all appear among them.
The outlines go their own way: hearts with more than one wick, plain pillars, small trees, bells, a snowman in a top hat, a pearled pyramid, and the Chakra pillars, sold as a set or one at a time. Christmas punch is built on cinnamon, clove, orange and red wine. Wild strawberry brings wild strawberries, raspberries and a hint of forest moss. Sakura is cherry blossom, delicate and fleeting. Lavender and vanilla share the same candle more than once.
Burning time is the thing most people misjudge. Two candles of the very same height can hand you quite different hours, so check that figure on the one you like instead of judging by size. And if you want to see the workshop these come out of, a camera runs in it while the work is going on.
Which one suits the spot you have in mind
Start with the hours, then pick the outline. Pillar Candle 7cm - SVITSOL | Lavender Scent measures 7 cm by 3.5 cm, weighs 0.07 Kg and is rated 9-12 hours. Two of them want a plan for the first evening.
