Decorative Soap Lion Head – a Handmade Piece from Královské Poříčí

Dimensions 8 × 8.5 cm, thickness 2 cm, weight 0.068 kg. The soap with a lion head relief is cast from a glycerin base in three shades – clear, yellow and red – and complemented by soap flakes with a herbal blend. We make it by hand at the farm in Královské Poříčí in the Karlovy Vary Region, where we make candles and soaps.

Every piece is cast by hand, one at a time. That is why no two pieces are exactly alike – small differences in the sharpness of the mane or the definition of the mouth are part of handmade work and show that the piece has passed through human hands, not a machine.

Fragrance and Composition

The fragrance combines a floral bouquet with lemon and strawberry – fresh, lightly fruity, without heavy sweet notes. It suits the bathroom as well as living spaces.

The base is a natural glycerin mass with a high content of plant-based glycerin. The soap contains no SLS, parabens or animal-derived ingredients, so it is vegan. The colours are glycerin colours without added preservatives.

Where to Place the Soap

The soap is primarily decorative – it keeps its shape and colour. In the bathroom it suits a shelf, a soap dish or a spot next to the washbasin. In the bedroom or living room it works as a fragrant object on a chest of drawers, a bookshelf or a bedside table. Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, ideally at 15–25 °C. A dry cloth is enough to remove dust.
