Decorative Soap Monkey Head – Handmade in Královské Poříčí

Dimensions 7 × 9 cm, weight 72 g, natural base with a high content of plant-based glycerin. We make it by hand at the SVITSOL farm in Královské Poříčí in the Karlovy Vary Region. Every piece passes through our hands, so no two are exactly alike – small variations in colour tone or traces of the shaping are part of the craft.

The soap has a finely detailed monkey head shape, a smooth surface and a combination of clear, brown and green colours. You can choose between two fragrance compositions: bouquet flowers-apple (fresh, clean) or choco-orange-apple (sweet, warming). Soap flakes and a herbal blend are part of the composition.

What the Monkey Head Glycerin Soap Is Made Of

We work with a glycerin base with a high content of plant-based glycerin. The soap is free from SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), free from parabens and free from animal-derived ingredients – suitable for vegans. The colours are glycerin colours without preservatives.

We make our soaps in smaller batches alongside our main candle production. If you would like to learn more about the craft, from time to time we also hold a soap-making course right at the farm (we publish the dates as they come up).

Where to Place the Soap

We recommend a soap dish with drainage – the glycerin base is hydrophilic, so standing water damages it. The Monkey Head stands out in the bathroom by the washbasin, in a children's room or in a study as an unusual decoration. It is also a collector's piece – the series includes a bear head version too, so you can build your own collection.

Care and Storage

Store the soap in a dry place at room temperature (18–22 °C), away from direct sunlight. Keep it on a soap dish with holes – the glycerin base does not tolerate standing water.
